Strictly necessary signals

Cookie-based marketing attribution does not replace those email rules.

Your choices for analytics and marketing are written as JSON in localStorage. Clearing site data resets the banner until you choose again. Strictly necessary storage reappears because the site must remember that you saw the interface.
