Return and refund policy

Digital guides and downloads
If you purchased a downloadable guide and the file is defective or inaccessible, contact us within fourteen days of purchase. We will repair access or provide a replacement format. Where repair is impossible, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within ten working days of confirmation.
Live workshops and studio sessions
Cancellations requested more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled start receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable venue deposit we have prepaid on your behalf, which we will disclose in writing before confirming the refund. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive a fifty percent credit toward a future session at our discretion, reflecting reserved staff time.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you acquire services or digital content as a consumer within the meaning of New Zealand law, the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply where our supply is “in trade.” Remedies can include repair, replacement, or refund where a failure is substantial or cannot reasonably be remedied. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts those guarantees except where the Act expressly permits.
Cooling-off for distance contracts
Where the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or other mandatory rules grant you a cooling-off period for unsolicited distance sales, those rights remain in full force. This policy does not limit statutory rights.
How to request a return
Email mailuse@gryxonarkriz.world with your order reference, date, and a short description of the issue. We may ask reasonable questions to prevent fraud before processing a refund.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first. Chargebacks without prior notice may delay resolution while we verify records with payment processors.
