1. Agreement. By accessing gryxonarkriz.world you agree to these terms and our privacy and cookie policies. If you disagree, discontinue use.
2. Services described. We offer informational content, organisational prompts, and optional digital or in-person services as separately described at the time of purchase or booking. Nothing on the site constitutes medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.
3. Fair Trading Act 1986. We avoid false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about services, price, origin, or sponsorship. If we discover an error in marketing material, we correct it promptly and retain evidence of the correction where reasonable.
4. Accounts and age. Where accounts exist in future releases, you must provide accurate information and safeguard credentials. Users under sixteen should involve a parent or guardian before submitting personal data.
5. Acceptable use. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape the site in a manner that impairs performance, or use our communications channels to harass staff or third parties.
6. Intellectual property. Text, layout, and graphics are owned by Gryxonarkriz or licensors. Limited private copying for personal reference is permitted; commercial reuse requires written permission.
7. Third-party links and embeds. Maps or fonts served from third parties are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.
8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts in Christchurch have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules grant you another forum.
10. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to paid services will be communicated according to the contract that applies at purchase.
